Our Roots

Harper Valley Property Services began with a simple love for hands-on work, dedication, and taking pride in well-maintained properties. From the start, property maintenance wasn’t just work—it was something genuinely enjoyed, and that passion only deepened over time.

HVPS was created in 2024 during owner Gavin Tufo's senior year of high school. During this time, he took on his first lawn care client. That experience sparked something lasting. What started as one property quickly turned into a long-term commitment to caring for others’ spaces with consistency, attention to detail, and pride in every result.

As the business grew, so did the focus on education, skill development, and industry knowledge. Each property became a reflection of our standards and our dedication to quality workmanship.

In 2025, Gavin’s brother, Garrett, joined the team, bringing new insight and shared values that helped strengthen and broaden the company’s vision.

Today, Harper Valley Property Services is built on the same passion it started with—hard work, continued growth, and a genuine commitment to every property we maintain.
